Surprisingly this Art Pottery Vase was made by American Roseville Pottery of Ohio - it is from the Lustre Ware Line that was introduced in the 1920s. The shapes are very modern, very Art Deco true to the period in which they came to life.

This particular Vase is in the pink luster. It has no other decoration - the vibrant color and the intriguing shape speak for themselves.

The vase is marked with an old sticker on the bottom, it has survived the times. The glaze of the vase is allover crazed or crackled which a person usually either loves or hates. These craze lines are not structural cracks, they pertain to the glaze only and as such are not considered damage. There are no chips, cracks or repairs. You will be able to detect some signs of wear and age - but it is overall in excellent vintage condition. It is almost 100 years old.

Add this modern sleek Art Deco Style Vase to your Mid-Century Home decor for a touch of character and depth. It is ideal for a gouping of shapes and colors on a dresser top. It will also work well as a planter for a succulent, cactus or an orchid.

Aprroximately 4" tall and 6-1/4" wide.
